Lu Wu, a video game developer without direction, had been feeling uneasy ever since discovering his lineage as the direct descendant of an underworld king. However, aside from the prestigious title of "His Excellency," his ancestor had not left him with any other inheritance. To make matters worse, all of his ancestor's followers had rebelled and taken over his rightful territory. In this predicament, Lu Wu joined forces with a mysterious new friend to create a battle game server. Through virtual reality, they transported real-world gamers straight to the underworld. Together, they designed the main quest, character classes, Instance Dungeon, storyline, and non-player characters for the game. With only the strengths of these gamers at his disposal, Lu Wu embarked on a journey to reclaim what was rightfully his. But as with any adventure, there were bound to be challenges along the way.
