Chapter 50 – At minimum, Song Tingshen had this amount of integrity (1)

Ruan Xia didn’t want to go, but since Song Tingshen had already said something and there was a little kid bugging her about it, she could only agree in the end. “Okay then.”

In the original owner’s memory, she had never gone out with Song Tingshen to a gathering of his friends, not even to a dinner party. The number of times they made a public appearance as a family of three was exceedingly rare.

Song Tingshen hadn’t required the original owner to accompany him to gatherings, and the original owner wouldn’t have taken the initiative to offer to come along. And so, even though they had been married for four years, most people had only heard that Song Tingshen was married. There were very few people that had met his wife.

In the minds of young children, it would definitely be very fun to go to a wedding. While they were eating breakfast, Little Wang didn’t pause his stream of curious questions. “Which uncle is getting married?”

“Uncle Li. He’s the one that gave you the racing car toy. Do you remember?”

Ruan Xia froze in surprise for a moment. Li? It couldn’t be the same Li as Li Jing, right? What are the chances?

Probably because had noticed Ruan Xia’s expression, Song Tingshen explained, “The person that called me last night was Li Yuanhang’s younger sister. She works at my company.”

After Song Tingshen said these words, he felt a bit regretful. He didn’t know why he had said something to explain.

Ruan Xia nodded. “Oh, no wonder. I thought that last name sounded familiar.”

Li Yuanhang. Although the original owner didn’t know much about Song Tingshen’s friends and social circle, she had heard of Li Yuanhang and even had some knowledge about him. This person had been Song Tingshen’s roommate in college. The two of them had kept their friendship from college. Both parties were now in their thirties, but they still maintained their pure friendship.

As it turned out, the person that had called last night was Li Yuanhang’s younger sister…

Ruan Xia figured things out. Li Jing couldn’t be Song Tingshen’s mistress. At most, she was an admirer that had ulterior motives.

She didn’t know if Song Tingshen had another woman, but she knew that it wouldn’t be Li Jing.

Although she hadn’t interacted with Song Tingshen for long, with her minimal understanding of him, she knew that he wasn’t the type of guy that would fool around with his good friend’s sister. At minimum, Song Tingshen had this amount of integrity.

Besides, Song Tingshen had already spoken about having her go the wedding with him. He was bringing his wife and children to a wedding. Li Jing was Li Yuanhang’s younger sister. If Li Jing was his mistress, wouldn’t this lead to a confrontation at the wedding?

Song Tingshen didn’t have a taste in hunting for novelty.

However, she could confirm that Li Jing was interested in Song Tingshen. Not only that, her interest wasn’t light either.

Aiya, Ruan Xia couldn’t resist getting excited. Originally, she hadn’t wanted to attend this wedding, but now her interest had been ignited. Under the gaze of the father and son pair, she hummed a song as she went upstairs.

Song Tingshen held Little Wang’s hand and followed her upstairs too.

The original owner’s master bedroom was very big, and it even had a walk-in closet. Ruan Xia picked up this and picked up that. She really couldn’t decide what to wear. It was mainly because the original owner had too many beautiful clothing. Her closet of clothes was too dazzling.

After feeling conflicted about what to wear for nearly ten minutes, Ruan Xia chose an extremely tight-fitting dress.

This dress was a test on the wearer’s figure. If the wearer was slightly fat, it would be revealed. However, if the wearer’s figure was just right, the dress would reveal all of the body’s good points. After Ruan Xia put it on, she placed her hands at the waist. In the past, she had thought the idiom – a waist that could be held in one arm – to describe slender waists was an exaggeration. But now, she could see that such a beautiful waist existed. She just hadn’t seen it until now.

Regardless of the original owner’s quality of character, in terms of face value and figure, she hadn’t seen anyone that could be the original owner’s rival.

Now that she had become this first-class beauty, Ruan Xia couldn’t help feeling elated. She enjoyed herself to her heart’s content in admiring herself in the full-length mirror.
