3 days left…
It was Friday, the last schoolday of the week, and the students from strategic marketing sat in their groups in the computer room again.
After the two women's shattered retreat yesterday…no one else dared to prod Ben, which he found disappointing, but at least he got to read his manga in peace.
With yesterday's ambush attack ending in success, the time for the decisive battle approached. Today, Ben planned to bring out something even more scorching, a flame he struggled to create only after combining all the highest rated flames in existence…
It was a fire that burned so hot, it transcended physical matter; a blaze that wouldn't hurt the body, because it was too busy incinerating the core of one's being—the legendary soul-fire!
First though, he needed to check the positions of his enemies. Sitting among the chattering students, Ben and Charlotte gazed at their computer screen as the competition results came up. Last night during the day's second round, they'd already improved their ranking from 8th to 7th. If they could keep up the pace today, it would show strong upward momentum, the kind they required in order to have a chance at winning this contest.
Soon, their results appeared…
6th…
Ben threw his arms up in the air! Being mediocre never felt so good!
Yet, this was what they needed! Even Charlotte couldn't help but give a little fist pump in celebration!
Ben turned to her for a high five but she backed her chair away, shaking her head, leaving him hanging like a Salem witch…
The outcome was great, but Ben needed to verify something else. He opened the results of the other teams to check if any group jumped onto his corporate sugarmommy…
The news…was favorable! His team still ran a solo show! She was still tight and loyal!
No gangbang!
...
'It seems my strategy is working…' Ben believed his redheaded-stepsonning of the enemy teams was achieving the desired outcome: pushing them away from him and his precious…
Still, the war was far from over. Today was even more critical than yesterday. Now, the benefits of corporate became even more clear to anyone paying attention. The only good news was Ben believed if he could avoid anyone joining his niche today, his corporate s.e.x doll would be safe for the rest of the competition…
The reason was simple: corporate was a slow-development sector. At least a few days were necessary to make it worth jumping into it from another niche. That left today as the only window to climb through to set up the affair...
From tomorrow on, all the groups would only be able to watch from the bushes, peeping as Ben undressed corporate and played with her big ol' mommy-bags…
Ben's game was in the last stretch. It was overtime, he was up by one, and all he needed to do was defend his goal. It was a good thing that as a goalkeeper, Ben was confident he'd stop any shots. That was natural since his reach was extra long, due to him having no moral quandaries in targeting their sisters, their mommas, and their muf*ckin' grannies. 'Feeling so dandy!'
...
Ben was in a good mood. It was rare that one could find a job one loved, was good at, and could develop into a career path. He believed he found such a calling—insulting people…
Rubbing his palms together, he looked forward to practicing his craft, knowing the time would soon arrive. Scanning the standings of the teams, Ben found his first target…
He got up and walked behind the computer station of a certain team as they verified their standings, all showing expressions of visible frustration. Feeling bad for them, Ben decided to give them a hand… "Hey, Lawrence! How's your old group doing? You remember chastising me for being in 10th a couple days go? Then why is it that from where I'm standing, it looks like you're dead last now?"
Hearing this, Lawrence and his two group-mates went pale as they turned to look at Ben.
The hand he gave them was a resounding smack in the face!
He returned the exact words Lawrence said to him prior!
With their heads shoved into the dirt...their expressions became terrible as they heard the demon's piercing voice. On top of that, why was the bastard's face showing genuine concern?!?
…
They grinded their teeth in frustration, but remained speechless!
Yet, it was only the beginning of their suffering.
Hearing the interaction, Miyuki, Charlotte, and several other students thought Lawrence's group was pitiful, but there was one person that didn't feel bad and that was Ben...
He believed in the death penalty… "Don't worry, last place isn't that bad, trust me. I'm sure you'll enjoy it since I warmed it up for you…"
Lawrence's face turned black. If Ben warmed it up, why did his heart feel so cold?!?
…
Noticing Lawrence remained quiet, Ben checked to see if everything was all right. "What's the matter? Why so quiet today?"
Lawrence squeezed his fists but didn't dare reply. He was well aware that Ben's tongue carried poison damage… 'I won't be stupid enough to get into a war of words with him.'
Except freezing in place wouldn't stop a poison dragon from spitting its corrosive breath…
Ben sighed. "You three just haven't been yourselves lately…but I want to let you know…that everyone has noticed the improvement."
They say people's heads can remain conscious for a while after decapitation…
That was the state of Lawrence's team right now…unaware that Ben had already executed them…
It took them a couple of seconds to understand the depth of the damage…but when they saw their headless bodies from their heads flying in the air...it was too late...
They'd need to save their questions for Yama...
Lawrence's face turned hideous. 'We haven't been ourselves and you've noticed the improvement? MOTHERF*CKER!'
…
Ben chuckled inside, but what he didn't know...was that at that moment, he was the target of a nefarious plot...
The worst part--he already stepped into the ambush.
