Chapter 814: Olu
“Master…”
“Just stay here and learn,” Gao Peng said to Dumby. “This is an opportunity for you. If I need you here, I will call for you through the Amorphic Hell Tree.”
Dumby’s arms drooped down on both sides of his body. He nodded silently.
“Okay.”
After that, Gao Peng greeted the Death Master goodbye. The Death Master teleported Gao Peng to the plane he had first arrived at.
The teleportation exit happened to be on the tip of the Death Dragon Tyrant’s nose. His cold breath spewed onto Gao Peng. There was a chill on his exposed arm due to the wind. There was even a layer of ice covering it.
The Death Dragon Tyrant opened his eyes in a daze. “It’s you guys. Let me send all of you out.”
An idea took root in Gao Peng’s mind. He said to the Death Dragon Tyrant, “Do you have any thoughts of going outside to look around?”
“Going outside to look around?” The Death Dragon Tyrant widened his eyes, any remnants of sleep vanishing immediately.
The Death Dragon Tyrant hesitated for a very long time before slowly shaking his head. “I won’t be going outside. I’m quite content staying here.”
Subsequently, the Death Dragon Tyrant refused to leave with Gao Peng, no matter how he tried to persuade him.
It appeared that the Death Dragon Tyrant had made up his mind. So, Gao Peng did not continue persuading him.
…
The forest was burning. A gigantic butterfly with white wings occupied the sky. There were two sides to the butterfly’s body. At the moment, the butterfly was hanging upside-down.
Its belly was facing upwards, and its back was facing downwards. The pupa that had initially been on Teres’s back was facing the ground below.
Endless auroras shot out from the pupa. They lit up the forest and turned it into a sea of fire.
At the same time, a super-sized tree man in the center of the forest was tied up by strand after strand of thread, which emanated silver light.
This tree man was at least a thousand meters tall. The branches were covered in burl-like muscles. His brute strength collided with the air to release visible ripples.
However, at the moment, this gigantic tree man whose advantage was clearly his strength was bound tightly by countless strands of thread and could not move an inch.
“All guilty persons, remember that you’re being annihilated by the Two-Faced Heaven Devouring Butterfly Sir Teres!”
The threads immediately tightened. Specks of silver light flew about the entire sky, just like a perfect song of dance.
The body of the gigantic tree man was chopped into numerous small chunks that danced in the sky.
His dark-green blood sputtered and fluttered everywhere.
When the super-sized tree man collapsed, the Nature Divine System sank into despair. Their conviction crumbled.
“The Honorable King… has perished.”
The moment the King perished, a terrifying luminescent mass suddenly appeared behind Teres.
The massive and luminous figure appeared soundlessly behind him, just like a nightmare.
Its contorted and massive limbs seemed to represent the torment of fear.
The Fear Controller – had descended!
The moment the Fear Controller descended, the Two-Faced Heaven Devouring Butterfly sensed an ominous aura. By the time he had thoughts of escaping, many gigantic tentacles had somehow wrapped themselves around him.
“Cheep!!!”
An extremely sharp cry of pain pierced through the vast sky.
“Olu!”
A golden-white figure flashed past.
Space was wrapped up in an invisible force, and everything slowed down.
“I’ve been waiting for you since long ago.”
The Fear Controller released the Two-Faced Heaven Devouring Butterfly. His octopus-like body suddenly changed its direction! From facing towards the inside, in a split second, it turned such that its back was facing towards the inside.
He swallowed Olu into his stomach in the blink of an eye.
This was bad!
The Two-Faced Heaven Devouring Butterfly was unbearably alarmed and angry. Olu was the Master’s descendant. Absolutely nothing must happen to him.
“Heaven Devouring Explosion!” The pupa on the abdomen of the Two-Faced Heaven Devouring Butterfly split open.
A muffled sound rang out from the abdomen of the Fear Controller. A spatial wave flashed past.
…
An intense but short spatial wave traveled from the front.
The situation in front turned peaceful after the spatial wave dissipated.
When Gao Peng rushed to the location with his Familiars, the only thing he saw was a tiny monster lying in a pool of blood.
Inconceivably, he was even smaller than Liuguang!!!
Furthermore, it seemed that they had seen him before.
“He’s severely injured.” Gao Peng continued, “What’s more, he’s a God.”
Initially, the other Familiars were not really concerned. But upon hearing that this was a God, their eyes instantly lit up in unison. They looked meaningfully at the tiny monster in the pool of blood.
“Gao Peng, he’s so severely injured. With one look, it’s obvious that he won’t live much longer. Why don’t we just decompose his body?” Goldie said excitedly.
However, Gao Peng watched the encoded data frame of the little monster and sank into a dilemma.
They could not believe that such a tiny little thing was actually a powerful creature of an encoded tier.
Gao Peng had not encountered many such powerful creatures at this tier. But from his few experiences with them, they could annihilate all his Familiars in a few hits, and it would not take them much effort either. The data frame showed that it was merely heavily injured. It did not show that he had completely lost his ability to move.
Of course, if Gao Peng could, he would simply decompose his body. But the problem was that it seemed that this chap could still move…
If he regained consciousness halfway through the decomposition, then they could only pray that the goddess of luck was in a very good mood today.
But it was also unlike Gao Peng to pretend that he had not seen this and simply leave. How could they miss such an obvious opportunity? They had to get what they could out of it, right?
“From our encounter that day, it seems that he’s not some murderous fiend or some creature of that kind. And he seemed to be energetic and active by nature. If we can take him away from here… I will pretty much be his benefactor.” Gao Peng rubbed his chin.
“Goldie, carry him,” Gao Peng commanded Goldie.
Goldie crouched down and carried the little creature upside-down as if he was holding a chicken. He held him by the ankle and slung him over his own shoulder.
Goldie’s hand was around his ankle, and his head was facing downwards. He was being carried over the shoulder like a burlap sack.
“Be more gentle…” Gao Peng showed a disgruntled expression. If you carried him like that, he would wake up and think that we were trying to profit from his misfortune.
“Oh, oh.” Goldie casually switched to a more comfortable position.
“Master. Why don’t I carry him?” Liuguang watched enviously and could not help but say.
“You?” Gao Peng rejected his proposal after looking him up and down.
He was still not tall enough. If Liuguang were to carry him, he would simply drag this chap’s head on the ground as he walked…
They continued walking in the direction of the Black Fog World with a comatose Olu in tow.
As the distance from the Black Fog World lessened, Olu finally regained his consciousness midway through the journey.
Olu’s existence seemed to make the Vanity Space turn chaotic.
Olu sat on Goldie’s neck with his legs split open and looked around curiously.
“Hello.” Gao Peng nodded at Olu.
“Ah. Oh, oh.” Olu nodded vigorously and hastily returned the greeting as if shocked. “Are you the ones who saved me?” Olu tilted his head and asked.
“Hello, everyone. My name is Olu. I’m very happy to meet you all.” Olu’s voice reverberated deep in the hearts of everyone present.
“Nice to meet you. My name is Gao Peng. These are my Familiars and my companions too.” Gao Peng introduced Goldie and the rest to Olu.
“Familiars?” Olu asked in curiosity.
He knew what companions were. But what were Familiars?
After a detailed explanation from Gao Peng, he finally understood the relationship between Familiars and Monster Trainers.
Olu’s eyes darted about. No one knew what he was planning to do either.
In the end, he opened his mouth and said, “My injuries haven’t healed. I’ll just go with you,” Olu said.
“Aren’t you going back?” Gao Peng had figured that Olu was probably part of the upper echelons of the Constellation.
