" What an amusing ability…. Bavuma mused as he studied Drax.

Unlike Rudra, he did not simply send the clone packing, but rather studied it with intrigue as if it were a most amusing creature.

Drax on the other hand spared no words for Bavuma as although he had a lot to say to the god, the impact of his words was minimal at the moment while Bavuma stood at 100% HP.

Instead, he focused on the fight at hand and doing his best as he patiently waited for Max to make the first move.

[ Blood Mist Explosion ]

Max said as he controlled the small blood particles surrounding him to create a stellar explosion that rang throughout his soul-space.

Max's attacks packed quite the punch, but Bavuma had already read Max's mind and prepared for the assault as with the use of a simple defensive barrier technique, he safeguarded himself from the barrage.

Hit by an inferno spell from point blank range, Bavuma staggered backwards a few metres as he was pushed by the force of Drax's attack.

Although the damage caused to his body was minimal, he raised an eyebrow and wondered how Drax managed to bypass his defences so very easily?

One moment Drax was standing across him without a thought in his head and on the other he was face-to-face against Bavuma blasting him in the chest.

' It works…. ' Max thought as he saw Drax successfully use dimensional walk as it seemed like Bavuma, just like his brother had no idea about how to counter this particular move-

' Grandpa Drax, let's make the most of this- ' Max thought as he sent a tacit team message to grandpa Drax before the two of them started their offensive barrage.

Max and Drax upped the ante against Bavuma and consistently used dimensional walk to slip into the fourth dimension and sneak an attack on Bavuma from close-range.

Max was purposefully not using his best abilities in this assault and rather sticking to normal mana based attacks that did not put strain on his divine essence pool as he knew that if he wanted to have any chance at winning this battle, he needed to be strategic about saving his divine essence.

Using [ Dimensional Walk ] and [ Mind Reader ] non-stop took a toll on his reserves and although he was receiving external help to replenish it, he could not squander everything just at the start of the battle.

Slowly, but surely Bavuma lost close to 7% of his total HP under the barrage as he tried to block the incoming attacks using various physical means but was unable to do so.

Just like Rudra, Bavuma took his time to understand this interesting ability of Max as while he did not care about the 7% HP he lost, the potential of learning such an interesting technique was much more intriguing for him.

Eventually, as he did figure out the principal behind Max's attack, he converted his arm into the void form and punched Max in the gut while he was travelling through the fourth dimension to stop his attacks dead in the track.

Max spat a mouthful of blood as he was sent flying backwards for a few metres, while Drax gave up on his assault all-together and retreated to a safe distance after looking at Max's fate.

If the duo had learnt anything from their duel against Rudra, it was to never repeat the same trick twice on an opponent of this calibre.

If the enemy had figured out his trick, then he could no longer use it and needed to come up with a new-approach.

" Humor me more boy, this is three abilities in a row now where you have completely surprised me.

I had no idea that tier7 weaklings would interest me so much, but you are undoubtedly special " Bavuma praised as he insisted that Max carry on with his futile attempts to bring Bavuma down and show him some interesting abilities in the process.

" Sure, how about a domain fight? " Max asked as he activated the move [ Primal Domain ]

For two hundred metres surrounding himself, a large domain expanded where Max had absolute control over everything.

While his initial move, primal domain, did not give him control over the elements of void and chaos. After promoting to tier7 and mastering those two elements as well, his primal domain spell improved by leaps and bounds to become a perfect domain.

" Boring… " Bavuma mused as he had seen hundreds if not thousands of domain spells in his lifetime.

" SHATTER " he ordered, as he tried to forcibly break Max's domain by using his superior knowledge of the elements to suppress Max.

However, to his absolute shock, while Max's domain did tremble, it did not shatter as Bavuma had expected it to do.

" Oh? "

Surprised, Bavuma raised another eyebrow as he wondered what this could mean?

The idea that a single individual could ever master all the basic, superior and ultimate elements at tier7 was almost so ridiculous that Bavuma wanted to slap his own mind for suggesting something so absurd.

Such a feat would be considered impossible if one wasn't the perfect warrior himself, yet Bavuma could not shake-off the feeling that Max had somehow achieved the said impossible.

Suddenly, his outlook on Max's previous abilities and this battle changed as he began feeling uneasy in his gut.

It was the years of experience he had, which was telling him to not underestimate this guy which led to him feeling uneasy in his stomach as the smug smile on his face vanished and was replaced by a dangerous glare.

" What happened eh? Feeling scared of a tier7 weakling? Well let me enlighten you Bavuma, this tier7 weakling sparred against his brother just a week ago, and was obliterated by him.

Regardless of whether or not you can beat me here, you're never going to beat my brother…. " Max said with conviction as he truly meant the words that he spoke.
