Oliver didn't know how he coaxed them, but Scott started sharing drinks with the other two Solvers.

Oliver smelled it, it did seem like a good drink

Oliver didn't know much about alcohol, but he could roughly guess whether it was good or bad thanks to the several drinks he shared with Forrest.

Those who hesitated at first eventually drank one or two cups, soon after Scott took out some green beans as a snack and ate, which the other two Solvers soon imitated.

"It's pretty good."

"Right?… By the way, are you sure you don't want a drink?”

Scott asked, turning toward Oliver.

"Yes, I’m fine. What about Ms. Jane? Don't you have to stay by her side?"

"Nina is looking at her through her goggles, so it'll be okay."

Looking at the carefree attitude Oliver wondered whether everything was fine, but since he didn't have the authority to say anything, he decided not to say anything.

In fact, Forrest had already warned Oliver about this.

– There is nothing strange about what happens in this line of work, there are different kinds of employers and employees. For example, some do anything for money, some run away in the middle of a job, and some backstab.

So he said Oliver should prepare for all kinds of situations when doing a job with others.

And that was the reason why he did not recommend this job to Oliver.

Nevertheless, it was none other than Oliver who accepted this job, hence, he had to take care of it.

Oliver decided to look inside and outside, just in case, leaving the other Solvers behind.

It was something he should have done earlier but got pushed back because he didn't think it would be urgent, but on the contrary, it also meant that he was a little anxious now.

Oliver looked around outside the mansion.

There were several cars, a forest in the back, a lake in front, and fields on both sides.

‘Um, the outside kind of look… too wide.’

Thinking like that Oliver looked around the hall on the first floor of the mansion.

The size was reasonable, with columns and expensive ornaments, Oliver looked around and planted some devices when no one was watching him.

The device he planted was nothing but a piece of paper that depicted the Anthony family's black magic along with test tubes filled with emotion and Life-force.

He also placed meat bombs made from bone fragments and human flesh purchased from the gray market in the rooms and front of the mansion.

The extent of the damage was also carefully calculated, he felt it might be a little excessive in between, but it didn't stop Oliver.

He had to work as much as he got paid. Also, there was no harm in being prepared.

Finally, Oliver returned to his private bedroom, took out Big Mouth, and made it take out Corpse dolls [Rag] and [Warlock], inside which Third and First Child entered respectively. He then cast some precautionary black magic spells on the corpse dolls and made them wait outside just in case.

After finishing his work like that, Oliver took a break, but suddenly, with a beeping sound that break came to an end.

The beeping sound was not from the communication device he received from Forrest, but from the one he received after entering the mansion.

Oliver took the communications device that looked like a ladybug to his mouth,

"Hello."

"Where are you?"

"Ms. Nina? I’m in my room."

"Good. It's finally time to work."

Time to work. It meant that the enemy came.

This suddenly reminded Oliver of the words he read in the scripture.

It ain’t easy, it ain’t free, and it’s not without a fight.

Oliver thought he'd finish the job by spending the time comfortably, but that didn’t seem to be the case right now.

"What are you doing? Come on out."

Along with Nina's urging, Oliver heard the sound of a machine gun shooting.

It really seemed like intruders came, and Oliver went out concentrating the energy into his eyes.

As he quickly switched to the view of a Warlock, the range of vision quickly expanded, and soon he saw people who were waiting far away from the mansion.

‘Twenty… No, 30 people? But it's a little weird.’

It was really weird. Even though Nina had already started firing, their emotional state was calm and relaxed, and it turned out that Nina's bullets were shooting somewhere completely different, a place not even close to the intruders – As if she doesn't want anyone to find out the location of the enemy.

"Oh, you came.”

Tall Druid Scott appeared wearing only dark green jeans.

A skinny muscular figure revealed his tattooed upper body, and as if reading the meaning behind Oliver's gaze, Scott replied.

"Oh, this? It's my combat uniform. Due to the nature of our job, it’s necessary to stand out."

Oliver wanted to ask who you were showing it to, but he nodded silently since work came first.

But still, it certainly did stand out.

"I heard the intruders are here.”

"Yes, do you know where others are?"

"Don't worry, they are not lying down after getting drunk. They already went out to deal with the enemies. Godri and Russell are good at close combat, so it would be pretty great if they worked with Nina.”

"I can't see them."

Oliver immediately said.

He didn't just poke around, he said just after using his warlock eyes and searching the surroundings.

There was not a single trace of the two’s emotions left in the mansion or the surrounding area.

Hearing Oliver’s question Scott smiled and said.

"Wow… You're quick to read the room."

At the same time as finishing his words, Scott moved his long arm back and swung it as hard as he could.

[Power of Bison]

In that brief moment, Oliver deployed a black shield ahead of him.

Then he wore a pre-made black suit, and at the same time, Scott's fist collided with the black shield.

BAAANG!

The black shield broke with a tremendous sound, and Scott hit Oliver's body with his fist.

Fortunately, there was no direct damage thanks to the black suit, but even so, the power was considerably high – enough to make someone fly far away.

“There’s a little fu*k up, but we`re starting the operation."

Druid Scott said in the communication device, and soon, all the people waiting inside and outside the building started to move

Half of the bodyguards in the building raided and killed the other half of the bodyguards with whom they were working, and in the meantime, the intruders who were waiting outside, quickly approached the mansion as if they had been waiting for this moment.

It seemed like this job was a fu*ked up one from the beginning.

Suddenly Forrest's words came to Oliver’s mind.

– A board where things don’t go by rules but by emotion. If things get emotional they may end up dirty, and it creates a lot of variables. It’s the worst.

Oliver seemed to be in that worst situation.

"Wow… You certainly seem different from other Warlocks. Most of the time, my opponent’s head explodes with one punch."

Druid Scott said as he approached Oliver.

His arms were greenish, distinctly different from magic, and black magic.

It seemed to be the power of nature that Druids use.

"…what about the other two? I don't think they could be easily beaten."

"At your level, yes. But not for me. If you had just drunk when I asked you to, it wouldn't have been this painful.”

Oliver looked with his Warlock eyes, about half of the attackers outside had already entered the mansion, and the bodyguards who dealt with other bodyguards approached Jane's room with murder weapons in their arms.

"It's Game over. Give up. You're the only one left. The pretty girl is gonna die soon. It breaks my heart, too. But what can be done, it’s a job. So, even if it’s painful, how about dying in my hands? Even if you live, you'll be chased for the rest of your life with a bunch of killers chasing you.”

Indeed it was Game over.

While the bodyguard was right in front of Jane's room, Scott was standing in front of Oliver, so there was no way to save Jane.

Of course, assuming that Oliver has made no preparations.

CLANG!

In the distance, the sound of Jane's room window breaking was heard, and a loud sound rang from Druid's communication device.

[Fu*k! That Warlock bi*ch tricked us! It’s Corpse dolls…]

The enemy got hit by the preparation Oliver did in case of an unexpected situation, Oliver cast a lot of invisibility black magic spells on corpse dolls [Rag] and [Warlock] and ordered them to save Jane in case of an emergency.

Obeying those orders, [Rag] and [Warlock] killed the bodyguard who betrayed and jumped out through the window to save Jane.

"KYAhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh"!

However, Jane was freaked out more seeing the Corpse dolls than when she saw bodyguards who came to kill her.

Nina shouted through the communication device.

[Get rid of that Warlock… I'll take care of that pink-haired wench.]

Along with those words, the sound of grinding machine guns resonated in the mansion, but fortunately, Jane did not seem to have been hit.

Druid Scott said, shifting his gaze from the communications device to Oliver.

"Huh… I guess you're not very stupid after all."

"I just prepared in case of an emergency. Rather than dealing with me, why don't you go and help Ms. Nina?"

"Hahaha, you're crazy. I think I know why Duncan told me to be careful.”

"Um, as expected… But, is it okay to say that?”

"Does it matter? ..Well, it’ll be fine! Since you’re going to die anyway."

Scott came running like a bison.

Oliver shot [Cling Web] in time.

Although [Cling web] had a weakness against external shocks, it was a powerful restraint black magic tool that binds the object perfectly and prevents the use of magic as well as the movement of the body.

Once the opponent was hit, it was over.

“Cuaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa”

Just as the spider web was about to restrain Scott, he screamed as hard as he could.

The scream had a physical shock beyond a simple sound, and the black web got helplessly torn apart, and the scream also hit Oliver while dealing with the web.

The shock resonated from the inside, not from the outside of the body, and it was quite painful.

Without missing the momentum, Druid Scott rushed in and tried to crush Oliver.

[Thrust]

At that moment, the minion in Oliver's arms suddenly popped out and shot at Druid Scott, who was just around the corner.

The shock wave exquisitely countered Druid Scott, who was running with all his might, and nevertheless, Oliver and Druid collided due to inertia, and both broke the wall and fell through the wall to the entrance of the mansion.

Boom! Boom!

"Ugh…"

Oliver staggered to his feet.

The dust fluttered and a lump of cement spread out, and his head felt dizzy.

Fortunately, Druid Scott also took some damage.

With the blood dripping from his ears, he made an expression as if he didn't like Oliver's attack.

"Fu*king dogs*t!! How dare you with those cheap tricks……!"

As he murmured, Druid Scott threw green beans at Oliver's feet. It was the same bean he was snacking on earlier, and soon, along with the green light emitted from the bean, Vine quickly grew up and tied Oliver's body.

"Hey, Druid. With all those arrogant talks, is this what you’re capable of?! We trusted you and came slowly. In return what you did is mess everything up."

All the enemies waiting on the outside finally arrived at the mansion.

From the way they spoke, it seemed like they were on the same side as Scott, and as soon as he saw them, Druid Scott shouted.

"Don't be a jerk and get rid of him first! I peeled off his skin and tied him up…! Go ahead and kill him!”

When the orders fell, the gunmen smiled and pointed their guns at Oliver.

Everyone was careless when they saw Oliver's condition, which was lucky on Oliver’s side.

BOOM—! BOOM—!

The meat bomb Oliver had planted before exploded.

It was designed based on the black magic shown by Puppet in the past and it caused a lot of damage by blowing a large amount of bone and flesh bullets within range, and most of the gunmen collapsed.

The enemies who were safe or slightly injured faltered in confusion, but Oliver activated the pre-installed black magic in the meantime.

With that, the hidden test tube reacted to the black magic and vomited the Life-force it had, the Life-force that escaped from the test tube entered the fresh dead bodies and gave them a new life.

"Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh…"

"Khehehehehe…"

"Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh……."

A dozen zombies sprang up in a flash.

Oliver did not stop there, he activated additional black magic to strengthen the zombies with [Obedience], [Burning Life], and [Muscle Up], and without stopping there he also cast a new black magic [Blister].

Then, not only did the zombies' muscles expand, but purple blisters appeared on their bodies.

The blisters did not stop there, they started spreading to the zombie-bitten opponent.

"Ugh…! What is this……!”

The wounded men who were bitten by the zombie shouted at the purple blisters that kept increasing in size on their bodies.

It was dangerous at a glance, and it seemed to confirm Oliver's theory – if you get bitten by a zombie who has a disease, it can infect the other person.

Upon confirming the results, Oliver immediately turned the dead bodies into zombies and sent them to attack the intruders who infiltrated the mansion. And of course, he didn't forget Druid Scott either.

“This, something like this!”

With the rising shock, Druid Scott staggered and swung his arm.

As if a giant bear had swung its front paws, it ripped the zombies apart, but a small blister began to sprout on the site where a zombie scratched.

"!!!"

It wasn't that serious, but Scott stepped back with flustered emotions, perhaps because he didn't like the purple blisters on his clean skin.

Losing his cool, he started healing himself.

"Damn! Sh*t! Sh*t! Fu*king Shi*t!"

Oliver didn't miss the opportunity.

[Shadow Tentacle]

[Skin of Tree!]

Oliver's shadow tentacles grabbed Druid's body and stabbed him in the abdomen.

However, the tentacles couldn't penetrate Druid's body by a narrow margin because of the bark that covered him, and it seemed to be unusually hard.

"Haa…! Haa…! It’s your loss Warlock. You're fu*ked! Black magic falls short in combat sustainability, and on the other hand, I'm near the forest, I can fight as much as I want. I’ll be the one who will have the last laugh! I'll eat you alive."

Oliver admired the new fact he got to know – Druids get stronger near the forest.

He wondered whether it was like borrowing the power of nature.

"But your physical attack seems to have reached the limit, right?"

Oliver asked, looking at the arm with more blisters.

In fact, Druid looked surprised as if he had been slapped with the fact in his face.

Oliver added black magic to zombies and broken flesh that were still moving around.

Then, the zombies and broken flesh clung to Druid's body, and in the meantime, Oliver covered his whole body with a black marble-like shield and said.

[Corpse bomb]

The body and flesh surrounding Druid Scott exploded.

It was more powerful than a bomb of anger, and it covered the entire huge pavilion in front of the mansion with rotten blood and flesh.

Of course, Druid wasn't safe either

Most of his bark armor was smashed, and underneath it, a huge purple blister formed like a bubble.

The infection seemed severe, he couldn't move his knees, and the vine that was tying Oliver got released.

Oliver moved toward Druid Scott, pointed his finger at Druid's head, and said.

"Oh, it's a pity. I can't use the corpse of Mr. Scott."
