When the high school’s competition preparation class resumed again, there seemed to be more people than before. The higher-ups in their grade even specifically secured a lecture hall for the competition class. The lecture hall differed from an ordinary classroom wherein the seats were connected.
During the last class session, Su Qiuge was attending that class for the first time and Zhao Minghua directly arranged for her to be seated next to Xie Xinglin.
However, Su Qiuge went to the bathroom this time and arrived a bit late. When she glanced over, she discovered that there was already someone else in the seat she sat in previously.
The person was currently chatting with the classmate behind them. When they turned their head, Su Qiuge realized that it was Lin Luoyu and was surprised.
The female lead actually entered the competition class so early?
Su Qiuge was a little astonished because she seemed to remember that Lin Luoyu entered the competition class after being transferred to Class 1.
Su Qiuge glanced around and realized that in the entire lecture hall, except for the back row that made it difficult to see the front clearly, the only seats left were to the left and right of Lin Luoyu.
While she was distracted and in deep thought, a voice came from behind her, “This classmate, why are you blocking the door?”
Su Qiuge glanced around and met the teacher who will give the lesson this time. It wasn’t Zhao Minghua, but the teacher in charge of Class 2, Xue Wenzhu.
Although Xue Wenzhu was also strict, when compared to Zhao Minghua, he was still gentler.
Su Qiuge let out a “sorry” before entering the lecture hall. She walked next to Lin Luoyu, “Classmate, are the seats next to you taken?”
Lin Luoyu glanced at Su Qiuge and the look in her eyes changed slightly.
She recalled that this girl was named Su Qiuge. However, regardless whether it was this life or the last one, Lin Luoyu had a very weak impression of her. If it hadn’t been because she saw Xie Xinglin talking to her when she purposefully passed by their class, she probably wouldn’t have remembered who she was at all.
Even so, she remembered Su Qiuge seemed to be quite slow-witted, had relatively mediocre relationships with others, and her grades weren’t even good. How did someone like her enter the competition class?
She thought like this, but when Lin Luoyu raised her head to look at Su Qiuge, there were no changes in her expression. She smiled slightly and pointed to the seat to the left of her, “You can sit here, this seat isn’t taken.”
Although her actions weren’t obvious, Su Qiuge still felt that she was deliberately protecting the seat to her right, intentionally or otherwise.
Su Qiuge glanced at the seat and suddenly remembered that it was the seat Xie Xinglin sat in during the last competition class session.
When she thought of this, her gaze became a little complicated.
Although she knew that Lin Luoyu would fall in love at first sight with Xie Xinglin, this seemed too early. They haven’t even spoken to each other yet.
Or……was she just thinking too deeply into it?
After Su Qiuge sat down, Lin Luoyu leaned over and smiled, “Classmate, this is my first time in the competition class, so can I ask you if I don’t understand something?”
Su Qiuge nodded and they mutually introduced themselves to each other in a polite manner.
For some reason, when she sat beside Lin Luoyu, Su Qiuge felt that the other party carried a very light fragrance, like rose-scented incense. As long as you sat next to her, you would be able to smell a bit of it, purposefully or subconsciously.
The class bell rang and Xie Xinglin arrived at the lecture hall one step late.
Xue Wenzhu was about to scold him, but Xie Xinglin spoke first, “I was just discussing some competitions matters with Teacher Hu.”
There has long been a rumor in their grade that Xue Wenzhu was interested in the leader of the physics group, Teacher Hu. When he heard that Xie Xinglin was consulting with Teacher Hu, the unhappiness between Xue Wenzhu’s brows seemed to have dispersed. His expression was peaceful as he waved. “Fine then, remember not to be late next time.”
After Xie Xinglin approached the lecture hall, he customarily glanced at the seat he sat in last time. He discovered that it was still empty, but his seatmate had become someone else.
