Ling Ran, a senior in medical school, starts to view the world as if it were a video game interface. He cleverly utilizes this perspective to navigate his way towards achieving his ultimate goal of graduating, securing a residency, and ultimately becoming the most renowned doctor in the world. And who knows, perhaps along the way he may even unlock a special reward, like a Transformer, from his beginner's pack. But for now, that remains to be seen.
