Accompanied by a friend, Shao Xuan embarks on an expedition to explore a newly discovered archaeological cave. As he casually picks up a seemingly ordinary stone, he is suddenly transported to a whole new world. When he awakens, he finds himself in the body of a young orphaned child. However, what sets these people apart is their incredible strength, ability to leap higher than trees, and even punch through stones. They possess a unique ability to cultivate their bodies, making them formidable beings. Despite their extraordinary abilities, survival in this harsh world is a constant struggle due to the scarcity of food.
